We schedule an inspection. Typically, inspections can be of two types, in-person or online inspection. If the client likes everything, we draw up an agreement which will indicate: 1. Terms of the transaction. 2. Conditions and final price. 3. Services that the client wants in addition to the apartment. All this is indicated in the deposit agreement. When the agreement is signed and all conditions are agreed upon, the client sends the deposit in accordance with the agreement (Or transfers it personally to an employee of the company) The process of preparing documents begins and the final date is set. Transactions can take place in different ways, but as a rule, this is a meeting in front of a notary, signing a purchase and sale agreement, and calculating the balance for the apartment. Next comes the certification of the Purchase and Sale Agreement by a notary, at which point you become the owner of the apartment. After 5-10 days you will receive a Purchase and Sale Agreement with marks from all authorities! But that's not all, you need to register with the tax office and submit a report that you purchased the property, you also need to re-register the electricity and water. In most cases, clients choose not to do this themselves.In such cases, we suggest trusting a professional so that it goes quickly and efficiently. For this purpose, a lawyer is hired who deals with all issues for an additional fee. To re-register real estate in your name, you will need to pay 1. City tax for real estate re-registration. 2.
